We are seeking a motivated and experienced Partnerships and Activation Manager to join our team at Sahl. As the Partnerships and Activation Lead, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to drive growth and enhance our product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, strategic partnerships, and activation within the fintech industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize potential partnership opportunities aligned with the company's strategic objectives and target market.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partnership initiatives into product development, marketing campaigns, and sales strategies.
  • Drive activation and adoption of partnership offerings among customers and end-users, leveraging targeted marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and on-ground activations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute on-ground activation events, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement activities.
  • Evaluate the success of on-ground activation initiatives through metrics such as attendance, engagement levels, and feedback, and iterate on strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, tracking key KPIs and providing regular reports and updates to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities for partnerships and collaboration.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances within the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and implementing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to navigate complex agreements.
  • Experience in activation and adoption strategies, including marketing campaigns, user onboarding, and engagement initiatives.
